We are seeking a System Administrator 4/Tech Special 4 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets. Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for leading a team who maintain and test Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and Integrated Electronic Systems for our client. This position is fulfilled at a single on-site work location (King's Cross, London) with 60% minimum in-office work expectations. Up to 2 days (40%) work from home is available once the candidate is fully embedded in the position. Candidates must be flexible in schedule, neat in appearance, able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Clearance/Citizen Type: No Clearance is required. Key Requirements: Key Requirements: Education: BS degree and 5 Years of progressive experience or HS Diploma or Equivalent and 10 Years of progressive experience Requires administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems and implementing new processes. Demonstrated understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation. Knowledge of large-scale networking, VLANS and routing. Knowledge of virtualized and containerized computing. Knowledge of on-prem and on-cloud system principles. Requires reliable attendance at customer site during work hours required by customer. Requires the ability to work flexible shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Requires minimum of IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security). Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives. Able to use MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and equivalent Google Suite products. Skills in data analysis are beneficial but not essential. Expert proficiency in CCure Access Control and Genetec CCTV products. Competence with Intercom/communication and other physical security systems. Ability to prioritize and execute your own work and the work of a team. Manage and lead a team of 5 or more people. Engage professionally and directly with the client. Balancing work demands in and outside the EMEA region.
