What youll be doing:
* Develop and leverage state-of-the-art algorithms and libraries to solve complex problems for our clients.
* Collaborate with Satalia and WPP Product teams on advanced AI features for marketing applications
* Analyse large multi-modal datasets to extract insights and features that can be used by downstream AI models.
* Develop integrated AI solutions by combining fine-tuned LLMs, machine learning models, and custom algorithms to address complex marketing challenges.
* Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI research and integrate them into our products and services
* Communicate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
What we want from you:
* Experience in machine learning, with a strong knowledge of algorithms and principles.
* Proven track record of building and deploying machine learning models into production.
* Hands-on experience with both structured and unstructured data.
* Experience with deep learning models for either computer vision or natural language processing.
* Proficiency with the Python programming language.
* Knowledge of Git and collaboration principles.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
