Salary
£28,200 (OTE 34,120) per annum pro rata
Bonus
Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.
Hours
We are looking for people to join our team working 1 day per week, 2 days per week or 3 days per week. Flexible part time options available.

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service‑driven individuals to join our team. Don’t worry if you don't know anything about cars; we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.
Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch.
* Be the main point of contact for our customers.
* Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
* Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with the back office and colleagues.
* Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.
Requirements
* A current full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer‑focused, excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
* Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
