Contract: Permanent
Salary: £63,000 – £75,000 per annum
School: 3‑Form Entry school with a ‘good’ OFSTED rating
As Deputy Headteacher you will work alongside the Head and other senior leaders to steer the school’s values into an outstanding learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Consistently excellent classroom practice resulting in high levels of pupil enjoyment and progress
* Dedication to leading and promoting high‑quality teaching and learning
* The ability to coach, mentor and support colleagues, embedding excellent practice
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong strategic leadership and management skills
* Extensive experience in leading and coordinating effective and innovative practice across a school
