Duties

* Respond to phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
* Assist guests with any special requests or needs during their stay.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain the reception area in an organised and tidy manner.
Skills
* Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality.
* Excellent phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally.
* Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
