About the role
Candlelight Care are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals to join our friendly, family‑run team. In this role, you will support vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes across Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and the surrounding areas. We have both full‑time and part‑time opportunities available, with typical shifts from 7am‑2pm and/or 4pm‑10pm, and you will also be expected to work alternate weekends. Driving is not always essential depending on your location; a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is helpful, although walking or cycling routes may be available in some areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
* Help with domestic household tasks and meal preparation
* Support clients with medication, mobility aids, and personal equipment where required
* Monitor overall well‑being and promptly report any significant changes to the Registered Manager
