About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Rail and Transport division. This is a 360 role where you’ll take ownership of your desk, driving revenue, developing client relationships, and delivering top-tier talent solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking full ownership of the 360° recruitment cycle, from business development through to successful placements
* Proactively winning new business through strategic outreach, networking, and market insight
* Managing and growing existing client relationships, becoming a trusted recruitment partner
* Sourcing, engaging, and placing high-calibre engineering professionals across multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.)
* Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to both clients and candidates
* Identifying market opportunities and contributing to the wider growth strategy of the business
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Rail or a technical sector
* Strong track record in business development and revenue generation
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* A driven, self-motivated mindset with a focus on results and performance
* Ability to operate at a senior level, managing clients and processes with credibility
* Solid understanding of the engineering market and recruitment landscape
