About the Role

As an Employment Advisor, you will hold a caseload of customers seeking employment. Your role involves seeking potential employment opportunities for customers by working closely with the individual, employers, prime contractors, and statutory bodies. Identifying specific needs and risks, you will create and maintain risk assessments with the individual to ensure safety in the workplace. Where required, you will train and support customers in getting to a placement and provide on-the-job support.

Your responsibilities also include creating and maintaining records and processes in line with organisational and contract requirements, using both online databases and hard copy record systems. You will deliver job-related outcomes in line with individual and team performance targets and provide guidance to Employment Support Workers in the delivery of their duties.

About you

We are seeking passionate and dedicated candidates who are eager to make a positive impact. Whether you have experience working with people with disabilities or possess valuable transferable skills, we want to hear from you. Join us in our mission to support individuals in overcoming barriers and achieving their employment goals.
