MCS Group is expanding, and we're looking for a results-driven recruitment professional to join our high-performing team in Belfast. This is a standout opportunity to specialise in the thriving Engineering sector, one of our most in-demand and commercially rewarding markets.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of delivering high-quality 360 recruitment solutions, building lasting client partnerships, sourcing top engineering talent, and driving market success. You'll be joining a team of ambitious, high-achieving consultants in a supportive and fast-paced environment. With strong demand across the Engineering space, this role offers exceptional earning potential and long-term career growth for the right person.
Your Responsibilities-
* Candidate management: Sourcing top talent within our market, guiding them through the recruitment process, creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings and ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement
* Building rapport: Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
* Generating leads: cold calling potential clients, generating business leads and emphasising MCS Group's value and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs.
* Recruitment management: Scheduling interviews, providing appropriate feedback and handling the offer process

* Experience working as a 360-recruitment consultant, with a proven track record of success and experience generating own leads.
