Are you a passionate Chemistry specialist looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in the Lytham (FY8) area for a full-time Chemistry Teacher to join their thriving Science department from September 2026
The Role
* Deliver engaging and inspiring Chemistry lessons across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).
* Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality lessons that support pupil progress.
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive Science department.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and achievement.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Chemistry.
* A proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
