The Civil Works Alliance is a collaborative partnership formed to deliver the main civil works for the Sizewell C nuclear powerstation in Suffolk,UK.This alliance includes Balfour Beatty, Laing O’Rourke, and Bouygues Travaux Publics, all of which are experienced in nuclear construction. The CWA aims to enhance delivery efficiency and maintain high standards of construction, leveraging the collective expertise of its members to support one of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

Entry requirements
* Academic Requirements: 112 UCAS tariff points or above, including Maths and a Science subject (eg, Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering).
* A strong interest in civil engineering and a desire to build a career in the industry.
What You'll Do
* Support the coordination and control of construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
* Assist in translating design information for construction teams, helping to bring plans to life.
* Collaborate with engineers and specialists to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
* Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards, protecting people and the environment.
* Study towards a Civil Engineering degree while gaining practical experience on-site.
