As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be on Customer Success —guiding clients through their onboarding journey and ensuring their success at every step. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships.
Leading clients through onboarding processes, ensuring they are fully set up and supported.
Utilizing Salesforce and other tools to track progress, manage accounts, and optimize workflows.
Monitoring client progress and following up to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Meet calling and multitouch outreach KPIs
Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
Strong background in hospitality, property management, or related industries.
Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with customer success tools and systems.
Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering exceptional service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
