We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist.This role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines and horizontal borers, with a focus on delivering high-quality components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and set up CNC Milling machines and Horizontal Borers.
* Program CNC machines.
* Carry out milling, boring, and other machining operations to precise tolerances.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, including machining symbols, tolerances, and geometric tolerances.
* Inspect and measure own work using micrometers, slip gauges, and other measuring tools.
* Support the team and business operations, including flexibility to take on other duties as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in medium/large milling and boring.
* Heidenhain programming experience preferred
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining standards.
* Confident in Boring, Milling, Setting and Programming
