About the Role
As Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of multiple contracts within the healthcare sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing strong client relationships, ensuring contract performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
You will lead remotely but remain closely connected to frontline teams and clients, driving continuous improvement, commercial results, and sustainable service delivery.
