Overview

A growing business is seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function. This key role offers real responsibility and the opportunity to shape and improve financial processes in a less structured, fast‑moving environment. The role suits someone who enjoys a broad, end‑to‑end finance position, delivering accurate reporting, strong financial control, and meaningful insight to support operational decision‑making.

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance function during a period of change and growth.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management accounting
• Budgets, forecasts and analysis
• Business partner analysis
• Month‑end and year‑end closing
• Cost accounting
