Join a small, dynamic team as a Project Engineer, where you'll work alongside the Head of Engineering while mentoring junior team members and contributing to exciting projects in damper technology and beyond.

Your Role:
* Report to and support the Head of Engineering, contributing to project delivery and team success.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise and building team capabilities.
* Design and develop components using CAD systems (Creo preferred, but other tools considered).
* Lead and manage projects related to damper technology and mechanical systems.
What You'll Bring:
1. 3+ years of experience in a relevant field such as suspension, gearbox internals, hydraulic systems, or clutch systems.
