What You'll Do: As a Housing Engagement Worker, you will be the driving force behind our client's journeys towards stable housing. Your role will include: Building trusting relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and aspirations. Supporting individuals in navigating the housing system and securing permanent accommodation. Collaborating with local agencies and services to create a robust support network. Providing ongoing support and guidance to help clients maintain their tenancies and achieve their personal goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with vulnerable populations. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet. A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting clients through their housing journey.
