* Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are set up appropriately.
* Providing administrative support to the secretarial and business support team as needed.
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries promptly.
* Updating client records and internal databases with attention to detail.
* Assisting with ad-hoc duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues.
* A professional and courteous manner at all times.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
