Role overview: Sales Colleague – Peak
Location: Northwich, Fixed Term Contract – Peak, Part Time, 8-15 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Pay: £12.21 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, rising to £12.51 after successful completion of probation.
As a Retail Sales Colleague you do not need an in‑depth knowledge of tech before you join the team. All new colleagues attend a two‑to‑three‑day induction either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here you will gain valuable skills and knowledge to help you sell, serve and support customers and make amazing happen.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week generally between 9 am and 8 pm but will vary locally.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery and installation, recycling and flexible payment options.
* Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keenness to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
