Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Support: Play a vital role in updating key compliance areas, focusing on policy management with opportunities to take on additional tasks.
Front Office Duties: Manage doors, phones, and sign-in procedures for visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Clerk to Governors and Head of Policies, to facilitate effective communication.
Technical Skills: utilise existing systems such as spreadsheets and templates to maintain organised records and reports.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Previous experience in compliance, policy management, or front office support.
Proficiency in spreadsheet management and document creation.
Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for all visitors.
Additional Information:
Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Requirements: Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
