Job Opportunity: Design & Build Mechanical Estimator

We’re looking for a Mechanical Estimator with Design & Build (D&B) experience to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors.

🔧 About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for mechanical building services projects. Working closely with our pre-construction and delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in helping us win and deliver high-quality D&B projects across a diverse range of sectors.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (with flexibility where needed)

Holiday entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays

Pension: 5% employee contribution / 3% employer contribution

Car or car allowance

Office-based, with the possibility of limited hybrid working

Salary: £35,000 – £60,000, depending on experience and ability
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Mechanical Estimator, ideally within Design & Build projects
*
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
Sector experience in commercial, education, healthcare, or leisure projects
*
Skilled in estimating software and Excel
*
Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
