We are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientedIRL Funding Administratorto join our client'steam. As part of a leading training provider in Liverpool, you will be responsible for managing and submitting funding data, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship and bootcamp rulesand supporting learners through accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monthly submission of funding data
* Data management for bootcamp and apprenticeship programs
* Headhunting and recruitment of suitable candidates
* Manage Individual Learner Record (ILR) and ensure accurate loading onto IRL systems
* Monitor and ensure compliance with funding and apprenticeship guidelines
* Ensure adherence to bootcamp rules and regulations
* Use data sheets and systems to track and report funding and compliance information
Essential Skills:
1. Must have experience working in Further Education and using IRL (Individual Learner Record)
2. Strong experience in data management and funding processes
