About the Role As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our prospective and existing holiday home owners. Working closely with the Sales and Aftersales teams, you’ll be the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a people-first, detail-focused role – ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and making things happen. Key Responsibilities Welcome prospective owners and support the Sales Team in helping them find their perfect holiday home. Prepare and manage sales paperwork and ensure accuracy throughout the sales process. Coordinate the handover process – liaising with various departments to ensure everything is ready and stress-free for new owners. Maintain and update systems with stock details, pricing, and pitch availability. Assist the Aftersales Team to ensure continued support post-purchase. Keep the sales office tidy, organised and welcoming – including refreshments and supplies. Organise interior and exterior cleaners, decking quotes, and related orders. Be a key part of delivering a five-star experience to every customer. What We’re Looking For A people-person who loves building genuine relationships. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proactive and hands-on – someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves to get things done. Confident using systems and handling admin tasks.
