Express Recruitment are delighted to working with a leading software company who are looking for a talented BDM to join their growing sales function. Our client is looking for a proactive, results orientated professional who is looking to join an industry leading organisation.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £50k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £90K, alongside pool car, access to perkbox and more. Hybird working is also offered, working in the Nottingham-based office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients
* Researching potential clients generating leads with autonomy
* Contributing in strategy meetings, having an input in how to contact new clients
* Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
* Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
Skills & Experience
* Experience within a similar technology/software sales role
* Demonstrable track record within corporate sales
* Experience of KPIs and motivated by targets to achieve commission
* Full UK driving licence
