Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our IKEA Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. You do not need previous experience as full on the job training will be provided, including fully funded CCTV SIA licence. Customer service, CCTV Operator, incident reporting
Main Duties
-To supervise the MITIE/IKEA ISOC team
-Report and present to the Account manager and Client
-Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
-Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
-Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
-Providing a high level of customer service to our client
-Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

-£28,811 per annum working a 4 on 4 off
-Varied shifts of 11 Hours Monday to Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:30am to 5:30pm
