We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join a leading financial services institution in London. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering strategic initiatives across Capital Markets, with a particular focus on Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Corporate & Investment Banking.
Requirements
* 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets (DCM / CIB)
* Experienced leading requirements gathering across front, middle, and back office
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proven background in data analysis, process mapping, and system integration
* Agile project experience
