Business Development Executive
Location: London
E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading B2B energy supplier that’s helping commercial clients transition to smarter, more sustainable energy solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and commercially driven sales professional to build and grow direct relationships with B2B energy users.
You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from outreach and value proposition development to tendering and closing.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying and engaging directly with end customers across gas and electricity
* Running the full sales process: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
* Creating tailored value propositions and long-term client relationships
* Leading complex tenders and contract negotiations
* Collaborating with pricing and commercial teams to secure high-value deals
* Supporting targeted outbound sales campaigns and identifying new growth markets
Experience required:
* Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in energy or a related industry
* Confidence in managing outreach and owning direct customer relationships
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical skills
* Excellent communicator: persuasive, credible, and solutions-focused
* Ambitious self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments
