Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a varied role combining strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.
You will shape how we engage our people, strengthen our culture, and present the Trust confidently and authentically to external audiences.
With impact across internal engagement, recruitment, reputation and community relationships, this role plays a key part in how we tell our story and support our people.

* Oversee marketing and digital channels, including website, social media and campaigns
* Create engaging, people-centred content that reflects the Trust’s culture, values and impact
* Lead external communications and PR, including media engagement and stakeholder messaging
* Support with reputation management and contribute to crisis communication planning
* Work closely with senior leaders to communicate priorities, change and key messages effectively
* Lead and develop a small team, ensuring high-quality delivery and clear priorities
