We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Group as a Supervisor, working within our Horbury Property Services team, on sites across the region.
The main duties and responsibilities within this role will be:
* Direct work of employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address installation challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership
* Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Preferred skills and experience required:
* Appropriate qualification in the construction trade (e.g. City and Guilds, or NVQ) or recognised trade apprenticeship.
* Experience of Passive Fire Installations/Compliance.
* Experience in FM, repairs and maintenance works within a live environment
* Drivers licence.
* CSCS Card (Gold/Black)
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Ability to motivate people on your team and across departments.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all departments.
* Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.
* A professional, customer focused manner and approach.
* Displays a positive attitude in all aspects of work.
