2026 Procurement Apprentice - Modern Apprenticeship in Procurement (SCQF Level 6)

Responsibilities
* Work as a Tactical Buyer within the UK centralised procurement team, delivering value and compliance for the business.
* Create and manage purchase orders, resolving day‑to‑day supply chain challenges.
* Serve internal customers and support stakeholders across the organisation.
* Co‑develop contract administration skills and maintain awareness of procurement risk.
* Promote ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
Requirements
* 2 Highers (or equivalent) at grade C or above
* 5 National 5s (A‑C) including English and Maths
* Resident in Scotland on or before 1 August 2026 (and for the duration of the programme)
* Permanent right to work in the UK; will need to undergo and maintain SC clearance prior to commencing employment.

Additional Details
Assessment centres for shortlisted candidates will be held between February – May 2026.
Induction week for all graduates and apprentices will take place from Monday 7 September – Friday 11 September 2026.
Security Clearance
All successful candidates must possess permanent right to work in the UK and will be required to obtain and maintain SC clearance prior to starting. Full details can be found at UKSV.
