* Salary: OTE £50k with potential to earn £100k+ with uncapped commission (basic salary up to £30K)
Big things are happening at Savy. For far too long tax has been unfair and solutions have been out of reach of working people.
We’re changing that, and are helping ordinary taxpayers save thousand of pounds a year.
We launched our app in February and the high demand since then means that we need to bring in a Customer Success Expert to help guide our users through the process and make sure we secure their tax savings.
This is a very exciting opportunity to join an early stage startup. You’ll be working directly with the co-founders and our existing tax experts. It’s a rare chance to work at a growing, funded startup with direct access to the founders and massive opportunities for growth as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own the portfolio of fully qualified leads generated through our app, and achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Engage with prospects to understand their circumstances, validate their savings and answer their questions.
* Provide expert guidance through the initial tax claim journey, helping customers achieve a successful refund and set up their ongoing tax savings.
* Work with the CEO & CTO to build automations and new features that make the process more productive.
* Work with the CEO to build and iterate on the communications flow that supports your work to onboard customers.
* Collaborate with our tax team as you support customers through their onboarding journey.
* Feedback learnings from customer conversations to help with our growth and product strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
* You really care about providing an exceptional customer experience and helping hard-working people live a better financial life.
* You’re kind, polite and patient with both customers and colleagues.
* You have sales experience, are used to exceeding targets and are driven to work hard to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.
* You can execute quickly, work independently and are comfortable with ambiguity. In other words, you can just get the job done!
* You’re well organised and can manage a workload of multiple customer interactions across multiple channels, in a fast-paced environment.
* You’re flexible to work some evenings to contact customers that are unavailable during standard working hours.
* Your written communications are excellent and you can explain complex situations in short, plain and simple language.
* You’re used to analysing data to improve performance.
