Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing housing disrepair claims from initial contact through to progression. You will coordinate appointments, manage surveyor/agent diaries, liaise directly with clients, and ensure a smooth and professional claims process.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage housing disrepair claims efficiently and accurately
* Book appointments for surveyors, contractors, and relevant parties
* Manage agents’ diaries and schedule appointments effectively
* Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, and messaging?
