Investment Banking Associate – M&A & Fundraising

Meraki Talent is partnering with an independent investment banking advisory seeking an execution-led Investment Banking Associate.
This is a delivery role, not business development at this stage.
You will run live M&A and fundraising transactions end-to-end within a lean, high-performance team.
Deal size: £40m–£100m sweet spot, with exposure to larger transactions
Sectors: Broad and sector-agnostic
Environment: Entrepreneurial, accountable, low bureaucracy
You will:
* Lead transaction execution
* Manage advisers, investors and counterparties
* Represent the firm directly with clients
* Maintain pace and commercial discipline
This role suits an investment banking or corporate finance professional who prefers running deals rather than chasing them.
