About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
We are looking for new team members to join us as Guest Services Team Member Plus!
As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday cleaning our accommodation as well as delivering fantastic service to our guests during their holiday. You will help guests curate their stay by providing advice on our product offerings and local area.
We aim to put the fun back into our guests' holidays. If things aren’t going to plan, you will help guests get things back on track using your empathy and problem-solving skills, logging feedback and following up with guests. You will also manage the check-in experience and assist guests face-to-face with any needs.
Live-in accommodation is available for these roles.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for fast-paced, motivated individuals who love to get involved and learn.
Great communication skills and a friendly manner are essential, along with confidence in using computer systems to log jobs and feedback.
Support and training will be provided to develop your skills across all relevant areas.
No day will be the same, and you will enjoy working with different team members and guests.
