End-to-End Delivery: Lead the delivery of change initiatives within the BAU Portfolio, ensuring alignment with Covéa’s methodologies, governance, and change framework.Project Management: Proactively manage deliverables, deadlines, resources, and project readiness. Escalate challenges and risks as needed, using RAID tools to articulate business impact.Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet business needs.Risk & Issue Management: Monitor and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring stakeholders are informed and mitigation plans are in place.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Transformation Office teams and peers across disciplines to support best practice, effective communication, and continuous improvement.Reporting: Ensure timely and concise updates in line with the information flow framework.Leadership & Support: Work independently with minimal guidance, coach junior team members, and support adherence to governance standards.
