We’re looking for an energetic and skilled Barista & Café Assistant to join a vibrant private members’ club open to both members and the public. If you love great coffee, thrive in a buzzing atmosphere, and enjoy delivering friendly, memorable service, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll do:
1. Craft high-quality coffees on traditional machines during busy periods
2. Serve guests with warmth, efficiency, and a genuine smile
3. Support with food service, light prep, and counter operations
4. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and café presentation
5. Manage stock rotation and assist with daily set-up and close-down
6. Help keep the café flowing smoothly in a fast-moving, social environment
What we’re looking for:
7. Minimum 1 year strong barista skills and experience in a high-volume café or similar setting
8. Confident working under pressure while keeping service upbeat and friendly
9. A positive, outgoing personality with great communication skills
10. Attention to detail and pride in keeping the café looking its best
11. Proactive, reliable, team-focused attitude
12. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a lively, dynamic space
