CS CR Warehouse Associate
CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Warehouse Associate to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.
· Pay Rate - £14.80 p/h
· Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
· Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum
· Hours – 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday
· Shift - Days 07.30 to 15.30
OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The post holder is responsible for carrying out administrative and support duties relating to warehousing operations in a timely, accurate manner and in accordance with cGMP and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
This will include management of documentation, report generation, operation of inventory / destruction systems and management of workload trackers for the Craigavon and Dundalk sites.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The post holder will:
1. Adhere to the relevant operational instructions as detailed in the appropriate SOP’s and report any procedural non-compliances to Supervisors.
1. Be responsible for the administration of Warehouse documentation to include filing, scanning and archiving, including management of these within Livelink where appropriate.
1. Generate, second check and share Inventory reports to support all Warehouse operations.
1. Review completed Drug Return job packs.
1. Update Drug Return/Destruction workload trackers.
1. Perform transactions on COSMOS:
·marking up of lots for destruction
·downgrading of stock
·creation of new locators
·additional transactions as and when required
1. Operate the DART system:
·Destruction management
·Discrepancy management
·Printing / second checks of documentation supporting DART
1. Manage requests received via the Inventory Support mailbox.
1. Assist with both internal and external queries related to Drug Returns and Destruction.
1. Communicate accurately and effectively with other Departments as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:
Working in a Logistics environment e.g. warehouse or despatch
Previous experience working in an administrative role to include filing, scanning and archiving of documentation
Previous experience working in a role involving checking data to a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (to include Word, Excel and Outlook)
Proven ability to follow written work instructions
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to work effectively on own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment
