What You’ll Do
1. Support clubs via phone, email & helpdesk
2. Troubleshoot queries and escalate development needs
3. Deliver online and in-person system training
4. Support customer onboarding & data set-up
5. Keep CRM/helpdesk records accurate
6. Build relationships that support customer retention
