Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for a Senior Guest Relations Manager devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests. The successful Senior Guest Relations Manager applicant will manage the overall Guest Relations team, whilst overseeing the goals and objectives of the guest relations department.
Continuously going out of your way to ensure the satisfaction of guests is paramount to the success and continuous results of the Senior Guest Relations Managers to ensure that they are delivering a luxury guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities -
* Managing the guest relations team.
* Tracking and monitoring guest satisfaction
* Identifying areas of improvement for guest experience
* Engaging with guests and setting a tone within communal areas
* Delivering an overall unforgettable experience for our clientele.

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Demonstrable experience leading a team
