The school is seeking several compassionate, patient and enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. These are rewarding, full-time positions ideal for candidates passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them access learning in a positive, nurturing environment. About the Roles: As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be supporting pupils with autism and additional learning needs, helping them engage with the curriculum, develop social skills and build confidence in the classroom setting. You'll work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to provide tailored support to meet each child's individual needs.
