* Troubleshooting live customer integrations and delivering quick, smart fixes.
* Working closely with architects and product teams to shape new features.
* Experimenting with AI and automation to simplify and improve workflows.
* Prompt Engineering.

* Able to explain technical things clearly and enjoy working with customers.
