Lead and deploy INSPIRED's logistics strategy across multiple sites, ensuring alignment to business objectives
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple logistics hubs, delivering productivity, safety, quality and service targets
Own and drive EHS performance across logistics operations, ensuring colleague safety, wellbeing and compliance
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems, driving continuous improvement across sites
Control logistics spend and contribute to EBITDA growth through productivity improvements and cost optimisation
Develop, manage and optimise site budgets including labour, transport, maintenance and capital expenditure
Manage capacity planning and scaling across sites, balancing workload, labour and resources
Deliver customer service excellence, ensuring OTIF performance and service level expectations are consistently met
Provide inspirational leadership, developing capability, engagement and succession plans across teams
Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, 3PLs and logistics partners
Lead and contribute to capital projects, CI initiatives and longer-term logistics network planningAbout you
Proven logistics, supply chain or operations leadership experience, ideally within a multi-site environment
Strong people leadership capability, managing and influencing large, geographically dispersed teams
Experience working with customers and accountability for customer service performance
Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, costs and capital investment
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment with a continuous improvement mindset
Strong understanding of modern manufacturing and logistics systems and methodologies
Confident decision-maker with a risk-based approach
