6. Where possible, continuously improve processes and how service is delivered to our customers
Requirements:
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. Enthusiasm and a keen interest to learn and a teamwork mindset
9. Display attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
10. Previous experience in customer service, be it from an office role or via face to face customer engagement.
