Responsibilities: * Onboard new German veterinary clinics and provide account management support. * Respond to customer queries via phone and email in both English and German. * Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction and outbound telephony activity. * Engage proactively with potential and less regular customers to drive growth. * Take ownership of your personal development path with guidance from your team. * Maintain regular communication with customers through verbal, written, and electronic means. Requirements: * Proven Sales Experience (Outbound) * German speaker - C1 Level. * Able to commute to Stockport 5x per week. * Good telephone manner
