Health & Safety Coordinator – West London
£38,000 – £42,000 + benefits | On-site | Manufacturing
I'm working with a growing manufacturing business in West London who are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site safety, compliance and training.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting ISO45001 compliance
* Coordinating safety checks & maintenance across factory equipment
* Delivering inductions, COSHH, PPE & e-learning training
* Managing Legionella checks
* Assisting with risk assessments & audits
* Leading accident investigations (including RIDDOR)
* Overseeing contractor permits & hot works
* Staying up to date with HSE legislation
What we're looking for:
* NEBOSH Certificate
* Experience in a similar H&S role (food/manufacturing ideal)
* First Aid, Fire Marshall, IPAF & Food Safety certificates
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
