Tech Manager (MSP)

Main Responsibilities for the successful Tech Manager:
1. Manage the team of technicians on a day-to-day basis, including scheduling and ensuring consistently high levels of service delivery to clients
2. Manage and support client IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
3. Actively support and manage the onboarding of new clients, taking ownership of the technical setup and transition.
4. Build strong working relationships with new, existing, and prospective clients through a proactive, service-led approach.
