* Community-Based Treatment Services: Provide assessments, coordinate treatment, and deliver structured psycho-social interventions to empower individuals in their recovery journey.
* Homeless Outreach Provision: Engage with homeless individuals, offering flexible support to those sleeping rough or in temporary accommodation.
* Criminal Justice Rehabilitation/Recovery Services: Collaborate with Probation Services, Prisons, and Police to provide tailored support for recovery and rehabilitation.
As a Recovery Worker, you’ll start with a competitive salary of £25,116, with opportunities for annual progression up to £29,383 based on experience. We believe in investing in your future, offering a structured learning journey and clear career pathways to help you achieve your long-term goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will:
* Act as a key worker for a caseload of service users, helping them set and achieve their treatment goals.
* Maintain regular contact with clients, providing advice, information, and psycho-social interventions.
* Conduct assessments and risk management planning, collaborating closely with clinical staff and partner agencies.
* Communicate effectively with a diverse range of service users and colleagues, embodying the values of Turning Point.
