Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health (DASS), you will shape and sustain a vibrant provider market, strengthen contract management and assurance and lead integration with partners across health and the voluntary and community sectors. You will bring clarity to our commissioning approach, champion innovation and drive cultural shift grounded in strengths-based practice, prevention and genuine co-production with residents.
