Do you love perfume and enjoy creating unforgettable customer experiences? We’re looking for passionate Boutique Sales Advisors to join our new flagship boutique store and help bring our luxury and niche perfume collections to life.
As a Boutique Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering personalised consultations, sharing your perfume expertise, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and inspired. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help drive sales, build loyalty, and maintain the highest standards across the store.

What You’ll Do
* Provide a warm, friendly welcome and tailor-made consultations for every customer.
* Use your perfume knowledge to guide customers to the perfect scent, creating memorable and personalised experiences.
* Champion our customer loyalty programme and use tools like ribboning to add special touches.
* Present premium brands in line with supplier guidelines and ensure the boutique always looks its best.
* Convert every customer to purchase using all available online and offline options.
* Use sampling to delight customers and encourage return visits.
* Support the Store and Deputy Manager by delivering “The Perfect Service” consistently and achieving daily sales and KPI targets.
What You’ll Bring
* A genuine passion for perfume and a desire to learn more about our luxury and niche perfumes.
* Strong listening and communication skills to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
* A willingness to become an expert in “The Perfect Service” and adapt your approach to each customer.
* A proactive attitude and a team spirit, ready to support your colleagues and the management team.
* A growth mindset and eagerness to develop through digital learning and supplier training.
* Fragrance Foundation qualification (or willingness to complete it as part of the role).
