Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 09.00 to 17.00/ Friday 09.00 to 16.00
Job description:
We’re seeking an organised and detail-driven Administrator to join our client within their busy Retail Sales team. This is a vital role supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced department, where accuracy, proactive communication, and efficient processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain product information internally and on external systems
* Review and process customer orders, maintaining accurate order logs
* Manage product lead times through customer systems
* Compile and distribute stock and sales reports (internally and externally)
* Maintain product cost information on internal systems
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries
* Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal departments
Who We’re Looking For
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in an administrative role
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline
* A keen learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information quickly
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
* Competent in Microsoft Office and email communication
* Knowledge of AS400 systems is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
